The message claims they are from "CREDIT CARD SERVICES" and that they need to speak with me regarding my account. They go on to say there is nothing wrong with my account, but that I could save on my interest rate.

They mention that they have some important information regarding my credit card and to press 1 to speak with a representative. It is made to sound very official as though it is my bank but when you speak with an agent they ask about if you'd like to lower my credit debt with low interest payments.
