Says from card services to lower your interest rates. I have gotten calls from them several times. When I press 1 to talk to an operator and ask to be taken off this call list THEY HANG UP ON ME AND CONTINUE TO CALL AGAIN! When I have press #1 to ask what credit card this is.....THEY HANG UP ON ME and then call again!

Offered lowering rates on credit cards. I have received more than a dozen calls from this company/number and I follow the prompt to speak with someone. A live person comes on the phone and I ask to be removed from their list. Every single time they quickly disconnect the line.
