Reduction of our credit card interest rate for at least the 100th time. Have selected option 3 to discontinue calls many times but we are still getting them. When you tell them verbally to discontinue calling they hang up immediately.

Spam call recording. Asks you to press #1 to speak with someone. No option to remove from the recording auto-call list. When I pressed #1, a woman answered and asked if I was calling about reducing my rates. I told her to take me off the list because I was on the Do Not Call list. She said "okay, sure" and hung up on me. Second time this has happened. Please shut these idiots down.
