Well I have reported this person JOHN SMITH to the FTC for calling my at work and on my cell phone. I have not taken out any loans nor have I been involved with any loans. I don't appreciate these people getting my work number and harassing me over something that I didn't do. How do these people get your number???? I am so sick of these people, IS there something else that can be done about these people? I mean come on really!!!!! This has to STOP!!!

I got a call from the same # saying there was a lawsuit and 3 complaints against me, he even had my whole social security.

A man with a strange accent (sounded like a recording with a middle-eastern accent) called my work number and my cell phone and left a voicemail on my cell phone. He said that I must call him back as soon as possible when I got this message. He said the message was very time-sensitive, and if I did not call him back, all he could do was wish me good luck, something bad is about to unfold. Very very strange. I would like to know how he got my direct work line - I do not give that out to many people. He did say that his name was Patrick, which I find very hard to believe....

Possibly we all have something in common? Maybe we all put our contact info. on some website for purchasing something or something of that nature?

Some man/woman that had a ridiculous accent left me a message saying that they neede to speak with my attorney and that if I didn't call them back that all they could do was wish me luck. They said that I needed to call them back asap. That I had something going against me or something like that. Im just waiting for them to call me back again because I'm going to give them a pretty long and bitter tongue lashing. SCAM!!

yes this person called my job and told them It was a lawsuit against me and wanted my social #. They found it weird and creepy because if it was a legal situation they would not give that kind of information out to your place of job. I call him back and he hung up on me when I asked for the Henry Ford...unusual name????

I received a call and this indian guy asked if I had a lawyer and her wanted him to call that number back asap. I never was in trouble before so this caught me off guard. I went back and fourth with him because he wasnt giving em much information. I

Call and ask if I had a lawyer. They they said that I had 3 criminal charges against me. Never been in trouble before

some foreigner called asking me to verify my SSN, address, etc and asked if I had an attorney for the 3 criminal charges against me. I hung up and they called me back 3 times. I went off and told them to never dial my number again.

An indian called me and asked for my attorney's name and address because three is 3 criminal warrants against me. I have never been arrested
