Had the same problem everyone else is stating. I said what company are you calling from and they listed every major bank so I said no I don't have that and he hung up.

Lowering interest rates on credit cards. Claims my eligibility is about to expire. (EVERY time they call.)

Recorded message not identifying any particular company saying this was my final notice to lower rates. I have had no credit accounts for over two years, so I pushed 1 to speak to a representative. A guy comes on from India asking if I wanted to lower my rates and names several companies, Bank of America and Capital 1 among them. I said I don't have any accounts with those companies. He hung up before I could ask him anything further.

Fake Credit Card services, When they called i asked what card this was in reference to they said
"Your Visa and Mastercard"
"Oh both accounts from different banks ?"
"Yes Sir we work for (lists the 6 big banks/creditors) And due to you paying your bill on time month after month I am here to offer you lowered interest rates on your accounts"
"Both of these accounts were closed over a year ago, where are you getting your information from on my accounts? "
*Click* They hung up.

Just received this call to my cell. Was a recorded message in a woman's voice from "Credit Car Services" wanting me to call them back about lowering my interest rates. FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE
