4) place a bounty on any telescammers testicular assets or kllitz.

Why doesn't your application hang up on these people? Why do they get through to my voicemail? Why do they get through on my call waiting? Why won't you develop your application that I'm paying for now to do a better job of stopping these scum suckers from disturbing me.?
