Call 3-4 times a day. I am in Canada. There's nobody on the phone. Only a ''beep'' and a Goodbye by an electronic voice.
Recording stated that the IRS intended to file a lawsuit against me and that I should call to get more information. The call-back number was not the same as the originating number, but I did not write it down. The voice in the recording was electronically altered.
Left me a voicemail in a computer voice saying that it was the IRS making a last attempt to contact me.
Indian accented woman calls to tell me my computer has reported through their iCloud security technology that I have a serious virus in my computer and they can prove it. They said they would walk me through the steps and I would see it with mine own eyes. When I didn't believe her, she put a male Indian accented "supervisor" on who was very aggressive about the same thing. Said my computer was in danger. I looked them up on line:

Looked to me like a scam to get me to purchase their services. I asked to be removed from their call list (about 6 times) and finally hung up.
Got a call today from a woman with a heavy middle-eastern accent who started off by saying that she was calling from the USA. She proceeded to tell me that I have been qualified for a $9,000 grant that does not have to be paid back. The call dropped at this point. I guess she forgot to buy more international calling minutes.
