I got an automated message on my phone saying this was my final notice from the IRS, they've been trying to reach me and that they are suing me. Completely news to me! I hadn't heard anything about this before. The call was from 607-795-4626, a NY # that goes to nowhere when I called back. The message said to call "our department number 202738.1919" the period point in the message was stated, so it wasn't like a normal number would be in a vm, but stated "202738 POINT 1919" instead. I called that number just to see and got disconnected, then Googled and found this site. The message didn't say my name or any identifying information or give any kind of case # id.

BOTH phone numbers are 100% a scam.

Got a recorded call today 4/29/15, saying the IRS is filing a FINAL lawsuit against me! HA! The recording has lots of grammar/English mistakes in it (can't help myself former teacher!) Of course I knew it was a scam! The IRS doesn't call and leave pre-recorded messages like that! They mail you first, and give you a chance to solve the problem! TOTAL SCAM!!!

I just received a call from this number, same thing, a man with a heavy indian accent saying he was from the computer department. Told me that they have been recieving warnings from my computer and that in order to stop this from happening i would have to delete files from my pc. I said if Microsoft wants me to delete something from my pc, THEY themselves can send me something, not some "joe blow" calling me on the phone and i hung up.

A guy with a very heavy Indian or Arab voice, said he was with Northland Pharmacy, can he speak to Michael? I said this is he.He then said MY 50 mg. Tramadol is ready, and they need my credit card# to complete transaction. How the hell can this happen? Please, can somebody tell me?? It looks as if my phone,or Walgreen's phone is tapped/bugged.Can anyone offer another idea?? Please help me,somebody!!!!

Long Delay on phone after I said hello. Man called with heavy Indian accent. Hello Ma'am this is "whatever his name was" from the, um, Windows computer department. How are you today?

Told him to go to (that hot place) and hung up. I don't subscribe to anonymous callers not sure how these calls keep getting through to my land line.

Didn't see the 607 exchange thinking it was a Chillwack number otherwise I wouldn't have answered it.
