I received a call from a Mark Johnson who left a message at my HR Dept, so they contact me and gave me information. I call this number and they said I need to speak with Mr. Xavier Marshall, once he was on the phone, he stated that I had a legal matter against me and that the marshalls were coming to lock me up. I asked Mr. Marshall what law firm did he work for because I also work for lawyers, when he could not provide me with that information he got mad and hung up on me.....Please be aware of scams and if you aren't sure always GOOGLE the number. I appreciate all the information about this Mr. Marshall I hold they lock his a** up and throw away the key!

For the last number of months I have been repeatedly harassed on the telephone
by a caller with an Indian accent asking for David Scott. He is calling me at WORK, a large corporation. I have no idea how he got this number. I have been as polite as possible but I am now annoyed beyond belief. When I tell him he has reached the wrong number he says OK and God Bless you, after threatening to sue. He gave his name as Mark Stone, good one huh? I have since had my phone number changed.

I HAVE BEEN CALLED REPEATEDLY BY THIS NUMBER AND WAS PUT ON HOLD THEY GAVE ME A CASE NAME AND TOLD ME I WAS BEING SUED..IM GLAD I LOOKED THIS NUMBER UP AND FOUND ALL THESE COMMENTS SO I JUST HUNG UP

same as many above claimed legal matters started yelling at me on the phone and called my work the first time. had to block the number

Just received a call from these ahole.Scammers he asked if I had a lawyer, when I said yes he asked if it was a criminal or civil I said civil, he then told me I need a criminal, then put me on hold for over 20 min while he went to go get my "case.file" & came back & told me the federal legislation of legal affairs has filed 3 charges against me. Of course all bogus charges, but also asked if I had any dependents so they could find care for them after i'm picked up tomorrow, when I told them it's not their business & isn't relevant to anything to them they then hung up. Cant believe anyone would believe this all to common scam!!!
