The calls are coming from the "American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees". A union that Scott Walker POed. The calls are just to annoy you.

608-218-3747 has called our business 8 times since 7 AM this morning (it's now 12:28 PM). Each time our secretary answers, it's nothing but dead air. No message, no machine, no live person, just dead air. We will be reporting the calls as harassment, and blocking the number.
