I just received the same call from a Harry Cooper said he was with the human service of federal grants in Washington DC called from 608-485-5963 and I needed to call the treasury department at 202-810-2603 and give the my claim # HC1025

SCAM POISON ! called claiming to be the us government treasury dept some indian lady trying to pretend she had a American accent cant play me with that one. said I was guaranteed 9k then went on to say your probably wondering why Nancy and I said excuse me this is ADA NANCY they hung up so fast and I blocked them. LOL she paniced.
