You didn't block this call, why not!?
If you have a cell phone, you just don't answer and add the number to the reject list. If you use the regular land line, you have the option to pay the phone company --that is an accomplice to the call as they make money out of the abuse-- or to give a piece of your mind to the low-life at the other side of the line. This option is great, and it is free, I which I had more calls from these people
