Offered to lower my credit card fees. When I told 'James' I was on No Call List, he said that didn't count unless I had paid a fee to get on the List, and he could 'help me with that'. When I refused to pay his company for this service, he hung up on me.

Offers to reduce my credit card rates for limited time. I do not have any credit cards with this company. I spoke to them once by pressing #1 and informed them to remove me and that I was on the Do Not Call list. The gentleman hung up on me.

A voice mail was left twice - and each time the message included "consider this your final notice"
These calls (same message) come from a variety of phone numbers, but I've received 5 from this same number since 9/26/12. On 8/23/12 I requested to be removed from the call list - they just changed originating call numbers to the current one.
