Said they were card services and could lower the interest rates on my credit cards. However, they could not tell me what card they were calling from, only that they were card services for visa, mastercard, discover etc. I told them to take me off their call list.

Wants to reduce credit card rates and this is my last chance... I don't have credit cards! there is a pre-recording then you wait for someone. when someone gets on the phone i ask them to remove my number and they hang up. has happened several times from other numbers but same situtation, i.e. pre-recording and hang ups.

They said they could lower my credit card interest rate to 4.9%. When I asked which card they didn't have any information. I asked how do they know my information then and they were unable to provide me with that information. I asked who told them that I have a credit card and they weren't able to provide that information. I told them 3-4 times in the past to take my name off their list, but they keep calling.
