I could receive a lower interest rate because the government has lowered rates
The person then said to push 1 if I wanted to speak with a representative....when I did that there was no answer....when I tried to call back, I got a busy signal. I have received other calls but did not keep record of them thinking because I was on "no call" list, I would not receive more calls.

They offer a reduction in credit card fees stating I am eligible and must press one to obtain the offer. when I pressed one, the person hung up on me when I requested to be removed from the calling list.

They have been calling me for 2 years now, so tired of it. They refuse to stop calling me. The man said that they were contacted by "a company" that told them I needed a loan & credit counseling??!! I pay cash for my cars & homes!! I don't ever borrow money.
