Lower credit card interest rates, despite the fact that I am registered in DNC, have filed complaints against same number before, have asked to be removed from their list, and have said, repeatedly, that I have no interest rates to lower!

Says card services... Can lower interest rates. This is an unsolicited call. They misrepresent themselves by being your credit card company and then ASK for you cc#. This is a scam, fraud, and illegal phishing for information.

The caller named her self as Ann and offered a reduced interest rate on my Visa and mastercard credit cards. When I asked for the company name, caller said it was Visa Mastercard Card Services from Sunrise Florida. I asked for their phone number and she said they didn't have one. Then she hung up on me.

The message was an offer to lower my credit card interest rate. The more recent recording cut in and out, and was difficult to understand. Previous messages only offered lower interest rates and gave an option to speak to an operator.

Offer to reduce interest rate on credit card. The fist time I hung up. The second time I pressed 1 and when confronted they hung up. All they wanted was me to verify my credit card number!
