The prerecorded message says they're calling from "Cardholder Services," regarding my credit card accounts. They say there is no trouble with my accounts, but that lower rates are available for my credit cards.

WCA Services uses various phone numbers with local area codes and/or prefixes, and assumes this number is a subscriber. This company places numerous unsolicited telephone calls to my cell phone each month.

My research indicates that this company is not a legitimate business, but is instead, a massive scam mill. They need to be stopped, and quit calling me!!!!!! I AM NOT A SUBSCRIBER TO THIS PHONE NUMBER!!!!!
