I normally do not answer these calls, but on 10/5/12 I did answer. The pre-recorded message stated that I could "lower my credit card interest rate and to do so immediately as today was the last day." The recording also stated to "hit zero to speak to a representative." I hit zero and a man came on the phone. I asked him to please remove my number from the list and that I had already reported the company to the FCC (because I've reported this number several times.) The gentleman argued and said "no you haven't." I asked to be removed from the list, but continue to get these calls.

will eliminate credit card interest if I gave them bank account information to withdrawal money from then agent got mad when I would not.
