The initial phone call was a pre-recorded add to lower my credit card APR. When I pressed 1 to talk to a live person, I told the person to please place me on their do-not-call list, but he hung up on me. Now I get these phone calls from the same number 2 times per week (it has been going on now since late August 2012 so for about 6 weeks). This is harassment.
