This "business" (using the term loosly) calls my cell phone several times a week for past couple months. I just ignore it and don't pick up, but it is very annoying to constantly be grabbing my phone to check calls that are spam. How can we shut these down?

The automated message said they could lower my credit card interest rates by speaking to a representative. When I pressed 1 to speak with a rep, I inquired if they were calling from my credit card specifically, but she said they were calling on behalf of Visa and MasterCard. When I tried to get information on exactly who they were, she hung up. They call my house (215-345-5384) and my cell phone at least once per month.
