Lower my credit card rate. stay on the line to speak with rep. i stayed on to instruct them to put me on their dnc. have had similar calls many times and instructed many times. have been hung up on and even sworn at...F word once. Not sure of times and dates of other calls from same advertiser. but they have been frequent. will log in future
