Sept 14 and 27: Recorded message advertises lowering my credit card rate. Also claims that this could be my final offer. It only gives a choice to "press 1" to speak to a live operator, and disconnects if I do not do that. There is no option to be removed from the calling list

They said they could lower my interest rate on my credit card, but when I talked with a live agent several months ago they refused to tell me which credit card they were calling in regards to. Then, they hung up when I asked to be removed from their calling list. They have repeatedly hung up on me when I requested they did not call me.

lower your credit card...last and final notice, but they call 3-4 times a day. you try and talk to someone and they just hang up on you saying they do not have control over their call list. THEY MUST BE STOPPED,THIS IS RIDICULOUS
