Recording says that I am elegible for reduced credit card interest but must act now and press one to speak to customer service representative. when I do that the person will not identify which credit card they are calling about. They hang up when told phone numer is registered with "National Do Not Call". I will get calls frequently for weeks, then it will stop for a month and start up again. The recorded message does not change.
