Reduce my credit card interest rate. There was no choice to hit a number to be taken off the list, so I hit 1 to talk to a representative to ask to be removed. The man mocked me for not wanting a lower interest rate, then asked me "well who pissed in your weaties today?". When I insisted I be removed from the list. Then I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said " so what, I want a million dollars, too!" I told him I was going to report him and he said "oooo you have me shaking in my boots!!".

Reduction of credit card interest rates. "This is your final chance..." Recording said "press 1 to speak with an operator". I did press "1" to ask them to remove my number from their calling list, but is rang 5 times then went silent and an operator did not ever pick up the call.
