Advised to push 1 to speak with a customer service rep. I pushed 1 and when the service rep answered, I asked to be taken off their calling list. I was immidiately hung up on. These cretins called my home phone and my cell phone multiple times a day for months now. Both of my numbers are on the national Do Not Call list. please arrest these cretins and make them stop!!!

I have received numerous calls from this unknown entity suggesting that I could lower interest rates. I did not pay much attention to substance as I am always waiting for opt out option. None was provided - no do not call option. Message said to press "1" to talk with operator. I do and connection is ended by caller.
