On serveral occasions I have asked for my # to be removed, and they call me from a different # the caller id# goes to Itica NY and the BBB has the business in FL, they offer to reduce your interest rate and debt and they do not state the name of the company and the representative cursed at me and called me a "miserable bitch" when I asked her to remove my # as I would not give out my personal and private information.
