"Limited time offer to reduce the interest rate on my credit cards. ... Press 1 to speak to an operator." When I got the operator on the line, I stated that I did not want to receive any more calls. The person hung up on me. The calls keep coming at all hours of the day and evening. They also call my house phone.

The pre-recorded call allows you to press "1" to access a service rep. When I did this on several occasions, they disconnect the call as I attempt to ask them to stop calling. The calling continues multiple times daily and from week to week.
