"Rachel at Card Services"! They call 2-3 times a day! Most of the time there's 'dead air' and the rest is the phone message. I tried to talk to the human at the other end, but they hang up on me.

they call frequently from many numbers as "your final notification" I've gotten probably 15 final notices for my limited time offer. returns call attempts to request DNC lead to busy signal, mailbox full or "not accepting calls at this time" rann message.

they want my credit card numbers to lower my card rate. I gave them a fake bank name and 8000 number and they still pressed me for the credit card number. I told them I will not give out my card number and that I've check with my banks and they do not have a working relationship with Card Services, but they still keep calling.

With $4,000 of credit card debt minimum, I could "subscribe to a lower rate" through them. I have contacted my credit cards who advised me that they are not in any way affiliated, and are scams and warned me not to give them any information.

wanted to lower my credit card rates. Recorded message said card holder services push 1 to lower interest rate on my credit card, implying they are one of the credit card companies I use. I pushed 1 and told the woman this was a cell phone and I was on the do not call list. She said "oh shut up" and hung up.

google search of the phone number shows many other people having the same issue
