Offered to lower my interest rate on my credit card - never said which credit card. So I pressed "1" as indicated to be transferred to an operator. Then I asked which of my credit cards they were working with and the guy said he works with "all" of them.

We have received this call numerous time and each time we request that our number be removed. We have also placed call block on it.

The pre-recorded message talked about obtaining a lower interest rate and stated this was my "final notification." It told me to press 1 to speak to someone, which I did. The phone was answered by someone who asked me if I was calling about their promotion. I told him no, I was calling to tell him that he was violating the law by contacting my cell phone which is registered on the Do Not Call list. Before I was halfway through my sentence, the person who answered the phone hung up on me and the call ended. I tried to re-contact them at the number that had shown up on my caller ID so that I could tell them to remove my number from their list but I was never able to get through; it continually gave me a busy signal
