The recorded verbal message advertised lowering my interest rate and conveyed urgency to act quickly. The only option was to "press 1 to speak with a customer service representative" and rambled on. The message referred to the caller as "Ann" but there was no company name or information. There was also no option to be removed from the calling list.

fast speaking woman's voice in the automated call:

"Hi this is Ann from account services... with good news... Effective today ... Federal Reserve has just... stimulus...can reduce interest rate to 4.9% ... Need to respond immediately ... Consider this your final notice... press 1 now to speak to customer service agent to lower your interest rate."

There was NO option to "remove my number".

You are able to obtain a lower interest rate on your credit card. Mentions that the government has lowered interest rates, making this possible. Press 1 if you're interested in lowering your credit card rate. I did, and had a human on the line, I immediately said that I am on the Federal Do Not Call list and once AGAIN I want my name removed from your calling list. Always elicits an immediate hang up.

Wants to get application to consolidate credit cards. I have begged these people to STOP CALLING, but their response to this is to hang up in my face. I will be 66 years old on November 14, and can only afford to have one phone, which is a cell phone. I cannot afford unlimited minutes so that these pesky people can call me continuously. I told them that I was going to report them, but they didnt seem to care. I would greatly appreciate it if you could convince them to respect my wishes and take my phone number off their solitation list. Thanks you for your help!
