They are Credit card interest lowering scam- "card services'
told them not to call. they keep calling. They spoof caller ID numbers and won't give out an number to contact them.

Don't understand how it came up on my caller I.D. with two ones like this.

Very weird how someone can make their number sow up with two ones.
They are using some kind of hack that does not show their true number.
I suspect these are the same people that called my before only the number on my caller I.D. showed as 000-000-0000
