lower credit card intrest rates, I have received numerous calls with the same message from different phone numbers. I have called back to have my number removed from their call list. I have not received any more calls from the numbers I have called back however I continue to receive calls from a new number with the exact same message. It seams as they just keep calling from different numbers.
