It is a pre-recorded message claiming that they are from "card services" calling to lower my credit card interest. I have received numerous calls with the exact same recording coming from different phone numbers and every time I have waited through the stupid message to report that I am on the do not call list and ask for the business name, the person that picks up is rude about it or hangs up on me without bothering to identify the company.

I have also received calls from an unavailable source. I have spoken with these people and requested to be put on their no call list. i also called the number and registered my number August 11th, 2012. I have receieved more calls after registering my number. Most calls are regarding improving credit card intererst (never had one)or furthering my education. I am retired and have no desire for either service.
A few calls are from overseas.
