...recorded female to live foreign male talking about lowering interest rate -- transferred to Lenny.
Automated message said it was card member services, last chance, blah blah blah... I selected the option to be removed from the list. Instead an operator answered. I told him I wanted them to stop calling. He replied- Mmmm hmmmm... Told him again...stop calling... another Mmmm hmmmm... that went on another couple rounds, then he told me to 'F*** Off"... how professional.
