Lowering your interest rate. I have received many calls from this company in spite of being on the do not call list. I told the rep not to call this number again and that it was illegal. He laughed at me and said, "Do you think anyone is going to care or do anything about it." He was rude and abusive. This is outrageous and worse than it was before the do not call. I hung up and called the number on my caller id back. There was a recording that asked if I would like to be removed from their list. I clicked for yes. The reording then said to leave my number after the beep and I would be removed, BUT NO BEEP EVERY CAME. This message to leave my number after the beep was repeated over and over with long pauses between until I finally hung up. This company is making fools of the American public and they should be fined! I do not have a current log of other calls but I have recieve constant calls from "Credit Card Services" with the same message.

We repeatedly receive robo-calls from this company, which identifies itself as "Credit Card Services." The outgoing message states that they may be able to help with reducing the interest rate on our credit cards. We don't have any credit cards, and know this is just a cold-call. The name of the company is misleading, and could lead people to believe they are dealing with the card services department of an existing credit card account. We are on the do-not-call list, and have also advised this company every time they call to take us off their list (either by pressing "1" and speaking with a live person, or by pressing "3" to be automatically removed). They call again every couple of months
