Credit card services, urgent message
The message said to press 1 to talk to a live operator. on 10/01/12 I talked with a female and when I asked to be removed from the phone list,she said no, yelled at me and hung up.

Today I answered hoping to talk to someone more reasonable and a man answered.
He asked me "Do you have big lips?" I said excuse me. He repeated the same question. When I told him I was going to report him he asked me "For what?"

This is extremely disturbing to me and my family and would like something done so this man will not be able to call my home or anyone else's home.
