"This is cardmember services, there is no problem with your account" we want to tell you about reducing your interest rate.

When I chose to connect to a human (press 1) to try and get them to stop calling, the person answering said "Cardmember services for Visa and Mastercard" (I believe this is fraud?) When I asked to speak to a manager, They hung up immediately. This is at least the 10th time this has happened. RE: question 5, below. I did not record dates and times of previous calls.

Starts out as recorded message saying they can lower your credit card rate and to select 1 if you want to talk to someone or press 2 to have your number removed from their call list. Well, pressing 2 does NOTHING. They keep calling. When I press 1, I have asked them what credit card company they are and they hang up. When I press 1 and ask what I have to do to make them stop calling because pressing 2 doesn't work, they hang up. When I tell them there is no one here with a credit card, they say their records show that there is! What the hell? Again, the never identify them selves. I've reported them to the Do Not Call Registry several times but they don't do antything about it either. Why am I paying for a phone so others can harass me?
