"new regulations allow companies to lower your electric bill....press 3 to lower your bills...press 5 to speak to an agent." I press 5 and wait. they tell you to locate your current electric bill account number. the agent comes on the line, I tell them NOT to call me again. They just hang up on me.

sometimes there is no message and no one on the other end, sometimes a pre-recorded message is left regarding energy deregulation. They also give the option to press 3 (?) to stop future calls but that does not work.

Fraud call, asks for electric bills information, nasty on the phone impatient refuse to verify who they are say it is a gov deregulation. Will not name the congressional bill number of the regulation, say they are from Savings Company.
