Eric Foster or Mike Johnson (same man with an E.Indian sounding accent) call my father REPEATEDLY stating he is trying to help him avoid computer hacks. No matter how many times he is told to stop, to remove my dad (96 y/o) from his calling list, he persists. He ‘portrays’ that he is from Best Buy Geek Squad and wants to assist with computer problems. He trys to get you to allow him to take control, remotely, of your computer saying he is going to install software to prevent (exactly what he is attempting to do) hackers from taking over your computer. He states he can tell your computer has viruses or malware etc and he can fix all your problems. You just need to allow him to install his program. He is incredibly persistent, becoming more belligerent as he gets rejected. He calls numerous times per week.
Threats to report him do no good. I can only imagine the number of elderly who have fallen for his lies and most likely had all their money stolen from their account(s).
