They called and presented him self as a BCBS caller. He offered to me a great and very affordable coverage which I was going for except that he asked me to pay me immediately over phone with Credit card. here we go again, just smelled like an scam.

Unsolicited scam health insurance caller, I'm on do not call and they still call. the government should crack down and enforce.
