The message promoted lower electricty fees. I have received these calls to my residence in excess of 50 times and kindly asked the caller to remove my telephone number from their list as we are not interested in their service. I inquired as to the company's name after the last nuisance call and informed them the the FCC would be notified. The telephone nuber I am providing was retrieved from my caller ID since the company didn't provide one.
