I said hello twice said they were a law office.....did not ask who I was robo call

I live 3 time zones away and was awakened by a call from this number at 6:37 AM. I answered after only 2 rings and there was no reply!
Are they just getting their call numbers in for a count???
I resent the invasion of my privacy and SLEEP - and for what??? Absolutely nothing.
