They were informing Pa. residents that they can select their electric provider. I'm on the "do not call list" but they continue to call anyway even though I told them not to.

ELECTRICITY. But did not tell me that a service charge would apply if I changed to using them. I had called in the past and requested not to be called anymore and was told it would be stopped
