I got a call stating, answered it, was an automative voicecall. Stating my name and saying fraudulent charges on an account with a case #. Saying that I would be served at work or at home. This is the number that called. I called it back and some guy answered. IT IS A SCAM. They are trying to get your information and starting using it for fraudulent actions. DO NOT TALK TO THEM. I called the local police to them. They have an open case on it. CALL 610.562.6885 and speak to a state trooper. The more callers that alert them..... the will continue to track it.

Just received a call regarding fraudulent activity and charges being filled against me if I don't respond quickly.

got the same call as everyone else with 2 fraud cases against me, calling me a name I haven't used since 1999, I'm going to block this # from calling me with my cable co, they;ll probably call me from a different #, but I'LL block that # too, this is a scam..

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who is receiving this call. I've been really worrying over this. I have received the same exact call (almost word for word) on my friend's and my father-in-law's answering machine. I hope some one can stop this nonsense before they drive us all crazy.

I Got This Same Call And I Have Received This Call From This And Other Numbers..Now Why Would The Same Call Come From A 302 Area Code One Day And A 610 Area Code The Next? Completely Different States.ITs A Scam And Its Illegal.Collection Agencies(I Have Dealt With Them)Have Normal Hours..I Am In California I Guess They Think Im Too Stupid To Realize Its 1100 Pm Wherever They Supposedly Are.

I got the same call! I have anthem as well. I filed a complaint with the FBI, FTC and also will call my employer to give them a heads up to what is happening

I also today 2/18/15 received a call with an automated voice stating my name and said I had some charges using my Social Security number. The voice was inaudible and could only understand the phone number (could not understand case number) and was told the same thing a summons would be forth coming. I called that 610-675-0239 and got a auto answer, could not connect to any one and voice box was full.

Well at least will All in it together, how ironic that it's the same exact message! I also have Anthem!

Same as previous posts. Prerecorded message saying my name and ssn have been associated with two fraud accounts and charges would be filed in my local county against me. I have not bothered wasting my time calling them back. I hate scammers. DO NOT give them any info or confirm any info. If anything lets all flood them with harassing and threatening phone calls.

I just got the same call and was worried, but no so much now that I see all of you are having the same problem very recently. The only thing I can think of us maybe all of us have something in common. I know Anthem health insurance just had a security breach. Are any of you members of Anthem or at least use to be?

Also just received a call from this number, saying the exact same thing. They gave me some type of account control number, stating that I had 2 fraudulent charges against me and that I would receive a summons at my residence or place of business. I doubt they have any clue where my place of business is since I'm in the military.

This is a creepy call, indeed. Do not give them any information. I am forwarding this call to the State FBI offices.

I received a call today. I was told 2 charges of fraudulent activity. I returned the call and was asked to verify my information which I refused. The individual stated that due to government regulations they could not disclose information to me and I would receive a summons at my place of employment or my home. I informed the individual that it is against the Fair Credit Reporting Act and any attempt to collect a debt must consist of a proper notification in which I was told "This is your notification" I informed him that his company is legally obligated to inform me of any debt in writing and give me at least 30 days to respond. At which time he proceeded to get mean and I told him good luck finding me and I will be reporting them to the FTC. I do not currently know the name of the business but I will find it as I have many many time before when companies have tried this. I have studied business and finance law and am well aware of my rights. The minute you mention the FCRA and the FTC they will put you on hold or hang up on you.
