I just got the same message today from 610-675-0239. The message said that I had 2 charges of fraud against me in my country. One for a breach of contract and the second for frauding a financial institution (Citi). I called back, they had some personal info like my address, name and last 4 digits of my Social Security #. They even had a family member's name that they said I used as a reference for opening a line of credit back in 2000 and that I owed $1,843.44. I told her that I never had a Citibank credit card and I will not pay for something that I am not responsible for. She said then I will be served at my place of business or home and I will need to get a civil lawyer to represent me in court. The last thing she said was "Good luck in court".

How far do they go with this? Do they drop it if they don't get payment from you or do they try to use your info for a line of credit etc? Any help is appreciated.

Getting recorded annoying, harassing, and threatening messages from this number. I am going to press criminal charges for phone harassment. In my state, it is a criminal offense.

I keep getting calls from this number saying that my name and social security number were reported for fraudulent activity. They also call me from a 615 area code as well, with the same automated voice mail. I'm tired of these calls already.

2-2-15 Received voice mail with same bogus Summons and call back instructions.
2-3-15 called 1-610-675-0239 and asked for Legal Department. They Identified themselves as Goldman and Associates and asked for the case # and the contact phone number. When they asked if I was that bogus named person and I told them that there is no such person at that number they apologized and hang up .

Same issue, fraudulent activity and says they will sue with some bogus case number and using an address from like 13 years ago. I asked to have information sent or faxed to me, bogus. I hate this nonsense such a waste of time to hard working people. Especially with identity fraud so I tried to follow up several times and as soon as they answer the say please hold for over 25 mins. I spoke to the same threatening guy that was trying to pump fear until I broke him down and told him to speak to me like a human then he began playing his manipulating game but could not produce any documents.
