THIS IS ALL LIES AND SOMEONE TRYING TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A ADDRESS FOR THIS COMPANY OR ANYTHING ON PAPER. IF SOMEONE SAYS YOU OWE THEM MONEY, THEY HAVE TO FURNISH IT IN WRITING (FDCPA) WITHIN 5 DAYS OF INITIALLY CONTACTING YOU. THEY HAVE TO TELL YOU WHO THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY ARE CALLING FROM. THEY CAN NOT THREATEN YOU AT ALL TO SUE YOU, JAIL YOU, GARNISH YOUR WAGES OR ANYTHING THAT THEY CAN'T LEGALLY DO. ALSO POLICE OFFICERS DON'T CALL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR BILLS YOU OWE!! FURTHERMORE I CAN IMAGINE NO ONE HAS A ADDRESS FOR THESE PEOPLE AND THE NUMBER AINT LISTED. REAL BUSSINESSES DON'T OPERATE LIKE THAT. FURTHERMORE REPEATEDLY CALLING SOMEONE OVER AND OVER IN A DAY IS HARRASSMENT, ALSO YOU CAN'T CURSE OR INSULT SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT.(FDCPA). SO IF THEY CALL AND SAY THEY ARE FILING A LAWSUIT, TELL EM GREAT, SEE YOU IN COURT. IF THEY SAY THE COPS ARE COMING TO ARREST YOU, SAY FINE I'M WAITING AND IF THEY ASK YOU FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL INFO, TELL THEM TO GO TO HELL WITH GASOLINE DRAWERS ON AND LAUGH AT THEM.

i have also rcvd a call from this number stating that he was investiagting a collection company and his name was officer mark johnson...he said he needed some personal info and he had to have it now or i would be arrested he had a middle eastern accent and didnt know what he was talking about and when i told him i was going to call the cops he started screaming at me and said i was going to cry when bad things happened to me.

Got a call for the fourth time from these idiots today, told them to mail me proof of debt and he ignored my request, gets REAL upset when i told him I reported him to Homeland security, FTC,BBB, SS Admin. Got real vulgar and hung up on me, I called him back and told him we were disconnect just to give him more crap. Good way to chew his ass for being a jerk. Called cash net USA to report that he says he represents that company they seemed concerned but never called me back to take a report.

huge scam from what i can tell siad i had outstanding debt and was being sued, i said i don't have any outsatnding debt then he told me he would have to speak to his lawyer, after telling me he was from a law firm himself WTF! attorney's have attorney's jsut doesn't sound right to me. he got all flustered and hung up on me. who wo we report these calls to? isn't there anything we can do to stop them!
