They say 'nothing is wrong with your account.....' They want to help by giving a better credit card rate. Don’t have any account with them. Receiving 2-4 calls a day from these guys. The pre-recorded messages to the cell phones are using minutes from our plan – that is illegal.

They always say that it's not an emergency but I need to speak to someone about my credit card; I can lower my rates; and, that this is the final notice. It has been the final notice for over a year now!! When I can get a human they hang up the second I say I want to be put on the do not call list.

Third call from this type if caller in one week. Want to give me lower interest rates. I asked to speak to their supervisor right away and they hung up. That's their usual routine.

They offer to lower my new interest rates and if I say yes they will ask what my debt amount I have then ask if I am in good standing and for them to verify this information that want me to give them my credit card information

Lower your credit card rates, then press 1. When I pressed be3casue I am really sick and tired of these call, sometimes I get 2 or 3 a day, I told the person on the line that this was a scam and he answered "you are raping little boys!" how sick is this going to get? Please help in stopping this. Thank you.

The call claimed I could lower "the interest rate" on my "credit card" and stated "consider this your final notice" but did not state bank or institution name or any other identifying information.
