I answered the phone because I am expecting a personal call, a recording came across telling me I can lower my credit card interest rate to 6%. I pressed 1 to speak to a live person and asked them to stop calling me. He hung up immediately.

Called my cell and offered to lower my card. They pretend to work for a card company then admited she has no information on me. It was a ROBO call... Really want to file a complaint.... She hung up when I told her I would sue if she harrased me again and violated the law....
