Phone calls every day in the early morning. I do not answer since it is 4 am and I don't recognize the phone number. I live in Oahu, Hawaii. I decided to block this phone call on my cell phone once I googled that it is a common marketing call.

"Card Services" promised to lower your interest rate on your credit cards. They try to get all of your identifying information including name, address, credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc. However, if you ask any questions, they immediately hang up. This is the same routine every time they call. This is criminal activity and they are trying to steal people's identity and bank information. Please help.
