Pre-recorded message offered to sell health insurance to people who could not otherwise buy it due to having pre-existing health conditions. It said that if you want to "opt out" of this insurance, press 3 & if you want to hear more about the benefits of the policy to press 1. The 1st time they called I just hung up, but the second time they called I pressed 3 to "opt out" & ended the call.
